These Terms of Use apply to beahivecollective.com and our online shop (together, the "Site"), run by BeaHive Collective LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. Studio memberships, passes, classes and purchases are also covered by our Membership & Purchase Terms, Studio Rules, Safety Policy and Liability Waiver.

Using the Site

Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Don't try to hack, overload, copy or interfere with the Site.
If you create an account, keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

Everything on the Site — our logo, name, photos, text, class materials, patterns and designs — belongs to BeaHive Collective or the people who licensed it to us. You may not copy, sell or reuse it without our written permission. You may share links to our pages.

Products and pricing

We try to describe products, fabric, colors and prices accurately. Deadstock and remnant fabric is limited and colors may look different on screens. We may correct errors, change prices, or limit quantities at any time. If an item is priced wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Things you send us

If you send us photos, reviews, ideas or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it to run and promote BeaHive. We will credit you when we can.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites (like Shopify checkout or Instagram). We are not responsible for those sites.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BeaHive Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
